The Palayok application may permit users to post, upload, publish, submit or transmit content, such as recipes, comments, photos, and other materials (“User Content”). Any User Content that is submitted to the platform is not endorsed, verified, or controlled by Palayok.

Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for all User Content that you make available. Accordingly, you represent and warrant that: (i) you either are the sole and exclusive owner of all User Content that you make available or you have all rights, licenses, consents, and releases that are necessary to grant to us the rights in such User Content, as contemplated under these Terms; and (ii) neither the User Content, your posting, uploading, publication, submission or transmittal of the User Content or our use of the User Content (or any portion thereof) will infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other proprietary or intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Palayok does not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and we expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with User Content. We do not permit copyright-infringing activities on the platform. The information provided by users, particularly regarding recipes, ingredient safety, and dietary information, is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice.
